Five Spanish words, four links: checking a chain with Alicia

Camisa → sapo → pozo → zona → nata is an example Spanish chain with four links: sa, po, zo and na. Each compares the final syllable of one word to the first of the next. We do not know whether these words appear together in Alicia; they explain the rule.

Find and check the beginning

Split the words: ca-mi-sa, sa-po, po-zo, zo-na and na-ta. In this set, none ends in ca, so camisa can open the row using all five. Then sa leads to sapo, po to pozo, zo to zona and na to nata.

This reasoning applies to an editorial example. It does not describe a five-card ordering mode or a particular Alicia deck. If a word changes, check both ends and their neighboring links. Keep the example words in Spanish, as translation changes the links.

How Alicia plays as a family

The official facts describe a local Spanish-language game. In family mode, Peque chooses from three cards with pictures and syllables and Adulto from six text cards. They share a cooperative ten-link chain; after each correct adult answer, Peque checks the link.

An adult can help with reading and point to the syllables being compared. In Rally, Peque proposes a word and Alicia continues; words remain visible and audio is optional.
